Ch Denmel's In Spite Of It All - "Expo"

Am Ch Sunburg's Flying Chevron x Can Ch Denmel's Dark Daybreak

Expo (Ch Denmel's In Spite Of It All)  is from our 2006 breeding of our girl Seven to Chunky (Am Ch Sunburg's Flying Chevron).  

We intended for Expo to live with us at Denmel, but at 10 months of age, a lovely family called that had lost their old doberman, and so he went to live in Edmonton with the Chaloners.  He loves playing with the kids, and although a very active boy, he is also very sweet. 

We will be updating Expo's health information as we complete his testing as he just recently turned 2 years of age.  We plan to keep him in mind for one of our future breedings with the right girl here at Denmel.  I know his owners are looking forward to perhaps having one of his puppies as well.

 Unfortunately in Sept 09, Expo managed to scarf down a 2 inch piece of corn cob.  He was not ill immediately, so his owners were not alerted to this for a week.  By that time, sadly, a large part of his intestinal tissue had died from the blockage.  Even with emergency surgery we were unable to save him and he crossed over the rainbow bridge.  We here at Denmel and his owners will always miss him, and he will live on in our hearts and memories.
